Monthly output of 600,000 lamp beads and 50,000 lights
We have two ISO 9000:2001-certified factories covering 5,000 square meters. Our six production lines with fully automatic equipment from Japan, such as crystallizing, dispensing and wire bonding machines, turn out 600,000 lamp beads and 50,000 lights each month.
No products returned
For the past seven years, we have utilized advanced testing devices, including integrating spheres, spectrophotometers, aging testers and IP testers. Plus, we have 12 experienced QC technicians to inspect each PYF-branded item and we offer two-year warranties. As a result, we never had products returned.
